Sandrine Philemon is living proof that women can do it all. The full-time Mother, wife and 3 times over business owner has joined the Bisnis Nakamal, market Haos program to get perspective on her business and is ready to do it all.

“I have an interest in so many things, I wanted to pursue so many things and I do so many things on the side that I want to potentially turn into businesses but right now I have taken a risk with 3 businesses and I am taking a moment
of reflection in joining the Market Haos Program.” Says the innovator.

Mrs Philemon owns 3 business with her husband Fred Philemon. Sandrine shares that the couple took many risks in starting up the 3 certified businesses. The two own Aelan construction, a quality and affordable second hand
clothing shop called Tipis Kona and a Fish supply business that sources not just fresh fish but fish cooked in all delicious forms called Fish.com.

Sandrine manages the businesses while her husband works more on the technical parts of the business, especially the construction business as he is an architect.

She shares that the businesses all stemmed from things she often does with her family. She saw a need for certain services by experiences she had with her family and worked to meet the demand on the market taking multiple
risks with her husband to get the businesses up and running.

Sandrine says;
“I love thrift shopping but I find that finding clothes for baby boys is generally just harder as there seems to be more
supply of girl items. Tipis Kona targets mums with boys and I make sure that the environment is comfortable and

relaxing for mums. Pregnant mothers shopping is accommodated as we have low racks and armchairs to sit on while they shop”

The Avant-garde entrepreneur states that joining the market haos program with V-LAB was a decision she made hoping that she could make a risk assessment of her businesses. She wants to assess the moves she has made in her business so far and see where to go from there.
She admits that she is also hoping to learn how to set up and manage social

media accounts for her businesses sustainably.
When it comes to juggling everything at once, this woman is an expert as she says she works extremely well under pressure.

She shares her secrets to being an expert at multi-tasking saying;
“Time management is very important, I make time for everything because I know spending time with my family is very important despite it all. I also visually plan everything for my businesses it helps me keep track of everything, I also always have a backup plan. Plan A, B and C “
Sandrine shares that the Market Haos program has been very helpful to her and she is learning so much as the program progresses.
She gives her advice to all other entrepreneurs who are hoping to start businesses saying;
“If you have a business idea and a plan do not wait, take a lead and do it. Do not wait or you may never get to bring your idea into a reality
