Konnect Ltd the only approved passport photographers apart from Top Shots: Labour Department

It’s a new year, and many seasonal workers are out and about, rushing to get their required paperwork done to travel to New Zealand or Australia.

One of the requirements from the Department of Labour (DOL) is two passport-sized photos, and the Department is currently only accepting passport-sized photos taken by Konnect Limited.

Over recent years, Top Shots, located next door to Island Time Takeaway, was always the preferred photographer, which the DoL always encouraged seasonal workers to go to due to the top-quality finishing of the passport-sized photos taken there.

However, following the recent 7.3 magnitude earthquake last month, the Central Business District (CBD) of Port Vila has been closed off, and Top Shots experienced some damage to their equipment.

Therefore, while they are in the process of relocating, they cannot provide any services to anyone; Konnect Ltd has stepped in.

The DoL would also like to inform all seasonal workers that they will not accept any passport-sized photos taken at Carrie Shopping or any other Chinese shop that provides similar services.

Konnect Ltd is now located at Nambatu inside the Don Tailor shop, next door to New Look Store.
