JFK team upskills in Electrical Network Training

By Ezra Toara.

JFK Services Limited in Port Vila host its first Electrical Network Training at Stella Mare, Port Vila, on May 15, 19, and 23, 2025.

The training was delivered in Bislama by Mr. Frederic Derousseau of Konekson Ltd, following a request from JFK Services Ltd.

Organising the training involved extensive preparation, including securing appropriate theoretical and practical content, arranging transport, and preparing a training space at JFK Services’ premises.

Kanegai Georges, Co-Director of JFK Services Ltd, shared that it was encouraging to see how quickly the invited participants responded.

“Even with major work underway at our sites and other personal responsibilities, everyone made the effort to attend and participate fully,” he said.

The training aimed to improve participants’ understanding of electrical networks, materials, client expectations, and safety procedures in this work environment.

Thomas, a foreman at JFK Services Ltd, commented, “I’ve worked in this area for over 12 months and always wanted to learn more.

This training gave me that opportunity while also allowing me to gauge where others on the team stand. It’s been a real step forward for us.”

He added that the training has expanded his knowledge and will have a lasting impact on all participants.

JFK Services is confident that this first electrical network training will contribute to improving the quality of their work and build stronger teamwork among its staff.
