Seaside Market is undergoing a vibrant transformation, with between 40 and 50 local farmers now officially occupying designated trading spaces.
Following this integration, PVCC Market Master Mr. Sacha Watt has announced a new initiative — the introduction of a “Slow Food” business concept tailored for surrounding Seaside communities.
With 2026 vendor applications remaining closed due to the market’s limited physical space, the move allows the existing area to be used to its full capacity, blending fresh farm produce with traditional culinary offerings.
Mr. Watt said vendors currently selling at Seaside Market come from a range of locations, including Efate and other islands.
